Terms and Conditions for Meeting Bookings

Booking Policy
- Meetings must be scheduled at least one working day in advance and can be booked up to a maximum of 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- To avoid charges, meeting cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
- Meetings that are booked but not attended will be charged in full unless cancelled according to the aforementioned policy.
Payment Terms
- Clients have the option to pay immediately at the time of booking or opt to pay later, in which case an invoice will be issued for the time spent.
- Clients agree to make payments when securing bookings. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- All payments are due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
Meeting Recording and Confidentiality
- Meetings may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. Consent for recording will be sought at the beginning of each meeting.
- All discussions during the meetings will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Student Experience Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a meeting, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
